Project Description: This 60,000 SF facility for the Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is the first of its kind locally. This facility integrates three key functions of Goodwill’s merchandising operations: a retail store, outlet store, and processing center. The design goals for this facility were to streamline workflows, support safe and efficient operations, all while continuing to support the growth of Goodwill’s retail and outlet presence. As the largest structural project in Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest’s 82-year history, the facility strengthens their mission and regional presence.
