Five Mile Branch
Location: Spokane, WA
Project Description: Design of 3,200 SF Branch with drive up ATM service. The typical branch design includes teller pods, hoteling and conference room spaces, a break room, a work room and accessory spaces required to service the building. With double frontage requirements and a 15–20 foot grade change across the site, the layout and on-site maneuvering presented significant challenges.
