Administration Office and Maintenance Facility
Location: Mead, WA
Project Description: Design of a new 15,700 SF administration and maintenance facility for Whitworth Water District. This new facility consolidates administrative and operational functions into a cohesive, team-centric design that supports efficiency, collaboration, and future growth. The facility houses 12,000 square feet of operations/shop space, 6,000 square feet of administrative space and a 5,000-square-foot storage building. Designed around collaboration, the layout improves operational efficiency while supporting a positive and connected workplace culture. The site design including water-conscious landscape (xeriscape plantings, a dry creek bed, and a small water feature) reinforce sustainability and reflect the district’s stewardship of water resources.
